 [Safe Laundry Tips]

(1) Basic Tips
* Please check the material to select a proper laundry technique.
* Handwash separately when washing in water.
* Ensure that the laundry has been spin-dried. Otherwise, unwanted coloring can occur while drying.
* Use a mesh laundry net to prevent any damage, if a washing machine has to be used inevitably.
* Dry in the well-ventilated shade and avoid strong sunlight.
* Beware that a small accessory detached from the laundry can be swallowed by a child!
* Without checking the material, ironing can incur damage like burning clothes or making a hole.
* Always check the attached care label before washing as laundry guides vary by product material.
Please note that the damaged product due to a failure to follow the laundry guide is not a subject of exchange or refund.

(2) Laundry Technique by Material
① Cotton
1. Wash immediately when stained or if the wearer sweated a lot.
2. Handwash in cold water by using a neutral detergent and rub softly to remove stains.
3. When using a washing machine, use a mesh laundry net.
4. Close all zippers or buttons before washing.
5. Do not use chlorine bleach or a strong enzyme detergent.
6. Be careful that hot water can deform rib or band.
7. Ensure that the detergent is fully dissolved in water before washing.
8. Wash white and colored clothes separately to avoid unwanted coloring.
9. Do not put in water for a long time and spin-dry immediately after washing as colors can fade or unwanted coloring occur.
10. Avoid direct sunlight and dry in a cool place.
11. For cotton products, iron when not fully dried. If completely dried, spray water before ironing.
12. If there is any printing, wash inside out not to damage the printing.
13. Beware that a cotton product can shrink a little bit after washing.
14. Be careful that an accessory can break into pieces if immensely shocked and a child can swallow them.
15. Some products can cause an allergic reaction to a person with sensitive skin.
16. Be careful that intense friction can cause burns.
17. Intense friction can create fluff.
18. Be careful of fire as it is easy to catch flames.

② Rayon (artificial silk)
1. Wash immediately when stained or if the wearer sweated a lot.
2. Dry cleaning is recommended rather than washing in water.
3. Handwash at low temperature and avoid using a washing machine if possible.
Less damaged and more effective laundry effect when a weak alkaline detergent is used compared to a neutral detergent.
4. Do not use chlorine bleach or a strong enzyme detergent.
5. Close all zippers or buttons before washing.
6. Be careful that hot water can deform rib or band.
7. Ensure that the detergent is fully dissolved in water before washing.
8. Wash white and colored clothes separately to avoid unwanted coloring.
9. Do not put in water for a long time and spin-dry immediately after washing as colors can fade or unwanted coloring occur.

③ Polyester

3. Use of weak alkaline detergent is recommended. Do not wash together with other clothes as polyester gets easily dirty.
4. Do not use chlorine bleach or a strong enzyme detergent.
5. Be careful that hot water can deform rib or band.
6. Ensure that the detergent is fully dissolved in water before washing.
7. Wash white and colored clothes separately to avoid unwanted coloring.
8. If there is any printing, wash inside out not to damage the printing.

5. Scrubbing hard can create fluff or cause colors to fade according to what materials are mixed and fabric processing.
6. Do not use chlorine bleach or a strong enzyme detergent.
7. Be careful that hot water can deform rib or band.
8. Ensure that the detergent is fully dissolved in water before washing.
9. Wash white and colored clothes separately to avoid unwanted coloring.
10. Do not put in water for a long time and spin-dry immediately after washing as colors can fade or unwanted coloring occur.

⑤ Wool
1. Dry-clean as washing can create fluff due to contraction and severe friction.
If it has to be washed at home, soak for 20 to 30 minutes in warm water with a wool shampoo dissolved and press softly to wash.
2. Do not squeeze or twist with hands as it is easily deformed. Use a towel to remove moisture after washing.
3. Dry on a flat floor to maintain the shape of clothes.
4. Pay attention to storage as wool is vulnerable to moth and mold.
5. Be careful that intense friction can cause burns.

[Information on Exchange and Refund of Product]

The procedure of exchanging and returning a product is as follows:

1. Check if the product is in a good condition.
- Bad conditions if: the tag is removed or damaged, or the product is contaminated by cosmetics, discolored, smells of perfume or deodorant, torn or burnt, or an accessory is damaged, any sign of activity with the wearing of product is found.
- The damaged product will be returned to the customer.

2. If the product is in a good condition, the request for exchange or return should be notified to web@leesle.com within seven days from the date when the delivery of product was completed.
- Specify the order number.
- After seven days, such request will not be received.

3. When returning the product, make a memo that includes purchaser's name, e-mail address, order number and the reason of returning such as exchange or refund. Wrap up the product with the memo and send it to the address below:
- Address: LEESLE, 2F, 687, Dongbu-daero, Deokjin-gu, Jeonju-si, Jeollabuk-do
- Wrap it twice for protection from damage occurring during transportation.

4. The customer should bear the expenses for returning the product and ensure that the product is not damaged or lost during transportation.

5. The product will be examined to check whether it is in a good condition for exchange or refund.

6. The delivery expenses which were free of charge at the time of purchase will be deducted from the refund.

Information on Custom Production and Mending
LEESLE is a ready-made clothes brand. We do not provide a tailoring nor mending service.

 

[When are the sold-out products restocked?]

LEESLE is a designer brand and offers only seasonal and limited edition products.
Most products, except some, are not reproduced after their season is over.
However, a small quantity of products can be restocked due to cancellation of order or refunding. There is no way but to visit our homepage to find a stock.
- As the period of returning a product is seven days, such product can be on resale for a maximum of two weeks.

Customs are not included in the purchase from overseas.
Please understand that customs vary by country and should be paid separately from the cost of product.
Customs are the taxes levied by the authorities of importing countries and LEESLE is not willing to adjust the price of product and offer the product at a lower price than its actual price to reduce the customer's burden.
